The capacity computing system at the NASA Center for Computational Sciences (NCCS) is "Discover." Scalable Units 1 and 2 are made up of a Linux Cluster Custom Supersystem with 2,560 processors. Scalable Units 3 and 4 are a 4,096-core IBM iDataPlex cluster, yielding a combined Discover performance of 67 teraflops.
